Some terrifying horrors from the depths of the world have been revealed and added to the Archon Studio Dungeons & Lasers collection. These would be brilliant for those seeking to add an element of body horror to your games of Dungeons & Dragons and beyond.

Formless Shambler - Archon Studio

Formless Shambler // Archon Studio

We start with the Formless Shambler (who happens to have a form), who is all arms, legs, teeth and eyes. This twisted creation looks like it might have been created in a lab somewhere or perhaps from the mind of a terrifying god. You could have some really good fun painting up this creature with Contrast or Speed Paints, blending paints to create a mysterious and weird scheme for this creature.

Another of the creations that has dragged itself out of the shadows is this mysterious Ancient Brain.

This is another mass of tentacles, scampering forward to turn your brain into jelly! If you've played Baldur's Gate III, then you'll be very aware of some of these creatures and how they might slot into your role-playing games and skirmish wargames. Again, this would be an excellent miniature to paint using all sorts of bright colours.

There are also two sets of miniatures for you to choose from, the Evil Eyes and the Parasites.

Evil Eyes - Archon Studio

Evil Eyes // Archon Studio

The Evil Eyes is a pack of eight models that are all incredibly weird and wonderful creations that would send shockwaves of fear through your enemies. You have some strange creations that mimic monsters like the Beholder. You could also get away with using these creatures in Sci-Fi games as well, I think.

You can also get some smaller creatures to flood your table and use as fodder when the heroes need something to slaughter.

Parasites - Archon Studio

Parasites // Archon Studio

If you're someone who wants some creatures to use in a Tzeentch-themed army, these would be absolutely perfect. These would also be brilliant for you to use as part of a Nightstalker army in Kings of War. You get sixteen of these miniatures in the set, enough to make your heroes think twice about sleeping at night.

Dungeons & Lasers Terrain

As well as the monsters, we also have some accompanying terrain. You could pick up the Evil Eye Hive, which comes with loads of fleshy walls and floors to gross you out.

You can also buy the Belly of the Beast set, which features even more walls, floors and different terrain elements to change up your tabletop environments. These sets above can also be picked up as pre-painted collections if you don't want to worry about painting all of this.

What do you make of these gribbly new creations from Archon?
