I need Saito with a rifle twice as long as he is tall, just for the aesthetics. =3

I will agree with @pagan8th there. I will disagree with all the weirdos who care to engage in dealings with reverse centaur and reverse mermaids. Those things are just unnatural.

Would be probably into this, but it’s … just Euro. Have never seen any North American store offer this. In any way shape or form. So … 40K continues. ☹️

@limburger – I almost think it’s an AI image, but a Chaos version kind of exists, the horrible model, this horrid turd “Lord of Skulls” (image GW) (ironically, I want the tracks from this for my Orks 😂)

yeah, with the current clown in charge of the circus I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere near the USA.
I know at least one OTT’er is over there though. I do hope they return safe and sound.

I remember reading many years ago that the initial start-up costs for setting up plastic production are quite astronomical, but once you got going, cost per item drops to virtually nothing. In other words, if you produce in volume, your profit margin will be quite huge, sort of like the profit margin for soft drinks. Production of metal items…[Read more]

Yeah, I don’t see myself buying the box, as I don’t collect Blood Angels, and I have all the Orks I could ever want, pretty much. The rule book sure, codices when they get updated, usual routine.
I don’t know anyone who went to Inepticon (Canadians aren’t generally travelling south right now…), so all I know of is the Warhammer Community news posted.

Surely there must have been more than GW news.
GW releasing new models isn’t exactly world shattering news.
And we kind of knew the new edition would be launching this year as well. The only thing we didn’t know was which factions they’d have. Got to admit that the idea of orkses in the set is an interesting one, but I’m not convinced the exact…[Read more] -

cost of production may be pennies, but the people who designed and marketed it need to be paid as well.
construction of the moulds is another factor.
Plastics tend to work best at scale, but you can’t exactly use scale to your advantage if you can only sell one mini to a fraction of your customers. That’s why a character model is more expensive…[Read more]

The actual actual cost of the plastic used in a 16 pound Games Workshop minature is likely in the pennies. I am gobsmacked when I see 52 pounds being charged for a small number of minatures from GW so if they used the raw material cost as an excuse that will be laughable. I am more worried about the cancellation of my holidays if jet fuel becomes…[Read more]
