Only pockets survive where they can cluster around a source of heat. Doesn’t really work for a wargame, but I thought the idea was very imaginative.

Nice way to round out the week. I like that last stand mechanic that the allied hero tried yo pull off. Didn’t succeed but still pretty epic.

I generally like the new Veteran German Infantry set, as others have pointed out a generally useful universal German sprue for most of the war. I’d agree the included wall has influenced it perhaps a bit too much, in some ways its a Starlingrad German set. Otherwise though great choice of options, very crisp mouldings.
