Get New Medieval Minis! Antediluvian’s English Soldiers

Antediluvian Miniatures has added a couple of new packs of 28mm metal miniatures to their Medieval Wars of the Bruce's collection. This time, the English are getting some reinforcements for their battles against the Scottish.

English Crossbowmen // Antediluvian Miniatures

We start with the English Crossbowmen. This set of four miniatures gives you a band of soldiers armed with those deadly weapons of the Medieval period. They come in a mixture of poses as you can see. You get soldiers reloading, aiming and firing at the enemy.

The details are, as always, superb and you get loads of detail in both their facial expressions and character but also their kit. This feels like a great set for you to work into a skirmish game, especially because they are presented in dynamic poses. They would also make good miniatures for a big mixed regiment where you're trying to show the action happening on the battlefield.

The second of the new sets introduces a pack of four metal English Spearmen.

They are shown running forward to engage the enemy but also with spears braced to receive a charge from the opponent's infantry and cavalry. Once again, the details are on point and whilst you'll need to provide your own spears, that shouldn't be much of an issue! Get these fellows mixed in alongside your other plastic and metal miniatures, I say.
