Hollow Crown Preview Even More Trench Crusade Troops

Hollow Crown Miniatures began previewing their new Trench Crusade-style miniatures last week and now, we've got some more from the team behind the range and the Cruciform Order.

Last week, we got to take a peek at the Field-Knights of the Cruciform Order and now, with the Freemen, we see more of the rank and file that give their lives to the Cruciform Order. These are soldiers who have also given their oaths of fealty and whilst they might not be as adept as the Field-Knights, they are not lacking in resolve. As Hollow Crown said...

"[...] having traded the ploughshare for the sword, and the fields of home for the trenches of No Man’s Land"

As mentioned previously, these miniatures come from the combined team of Varus and InfamousJT, with both physical and digital sculpts available as part of a Kickstarter soon. The sculpting and design comes from the able hand of Ari Nielsson.

As with a lot of Trench Crusade miniatures, the Freemen are an excellent mixture of the Medieval and Pulpy World War I. You've got that awesome aesthetic mix between the rifles and uniforms of classic World War I soldiers and the shields, chainmail and helmets of footmen from the Medieval period.

Excellent new miniatures for those seeking something a bit different from Trench Crusade!
